We Say No to Domestic Violence
Our Commitment to Change
At Children's Rights Australia, we are dedicated to stopping domestic violence in its tracks. Every year, countless families find themselves caught in cycles of violence that affect all members, especially children. Our mission is clear: intervene early, provide support to those in crisis, and fund initiatives that prevent violence before it begins.
How Your Support Helps
Your contributions are crucial. While Children’s Rights Australia (CRA) intends to launch these courses in January 2025, we acknowledge that circumstances might necessitate earlier participation. If either party needs to complete the courses before that date, CRA will help identify the most affordable options. Our goal is to offer these courses at no cost or minimal cost, although many organizations currently run them for profit. Unfortunately, financial stress in relationships can lead to violence, making spending a low priority.
Transparency
The course combines insights and strategies from both PhDs and individuals without formal degrees. It draws from multiple sources. It’s important to emphasize that Children’s Rights Australia (CRA) is not comprised of qualified mental health professionals. Each party is providing voluntarily consent to participate in the 12-week anger management series. They can within the agreements withdraw consent at any time.
